"Surprisingly decent for the price"
I picked up a few small gifts from Kilkenny Design, the prices were better than I was expecting. The quality was nice too, which was a pleasant surprise since I wasn’t exactly expecting anything amazing for what I paid. Overall, it felt like good value, and I’d probably shop there again.

"Such a lovely place for gifts"
I love browsing Kilkenny Design when I’m stuck for gift ideas. It always feels like I end up finding something really thoughtful and a bit special, especially with all the beautiful Irish pieces they have. It’s so much nicer than grabbing a random last-minute present. Delivery was smooth too, which was a relief!

"Not a lot to choose from"
The product range felt limited. I was hoping to find a few different styles I liked, but there just wasn’t much that stood out to me. When I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not searching properly instead of actually helping, which made the whole experience more frustrating

My order did show up in good shape, so I can’t complain too much there. But for me, the delivery took a few days longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was kind of annoying. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked

I ordered the wrong size and had to do an exchange, but it ended up being really straightforward. I emailed the team and they got back to me quickly, which was a relief. Sending it back was easy too, and the replacement arrived without any drama. I was expecting it to be a whole unnecessary hassle, but it really wasn’t. It looks good overall, like at first glance I was happy with it. But when I checked it over a bit, the stitching felt a little weak, like it might not hold up great with regular use. So yeah, nice stuff, but the quality could be better

The dispatch email came through quickly, and the parcel showed up earlier than I thought it would. Everything was packed well too, no damage, no missing bits, no hassle.
I’d definitely order again... mostly because the delivery was so easy and stress-free!

"Really nice item, but the details could be clearer"
I ordered this after reading through the product info, most of it was accurate. The item itself looked really nice, but the color was a little different than what I expected from the description. Delivery was okay too, not exactly super fast, but not bad. Overall, I’m happy enough with it, I just think they could add a bit more detail so you know exactly what you’re getting before you buy.
